Awaken your Inner Healer is a unique introduction to Ayurveda, led by internationally respected practitioner Dr Nisar Shaikh. This workshop offers a rare opportunity to explore one of the world’s oldest systems of health and wellbeing, grounded in both traditional wisdom and modern clinical understanding.
Designed for those curious about prevention, balance and long-term health, the session will introduce core Ayurvedic principles in a clear and practical way. You’ll gain insight into how the body communicates imbalance through everyday symptoms, and how simple lifestyle and dietary approaches can support overall wellbeing.
